The ULI conference was a great expereince. We were able to witness presentations and important discussions from leading real estate professionals from all over the country. Some of these presentations included topics such as sustainabilty and resiliency in commercial real estate, technology in real estate, the oulook of the national economy and real estate market, and large trends that will change the real estate industry moving forward. We were also fortunate to attend a presentation from our industry advisory board member, Karen Whitt, as she discussed the future of augmented reality and its effect on commercial real estate owners and investors. We networked and had meaningful discussions with people from a variety of backgrounds. We also leanred a lot about the huge growth happening in Nashville and how successful the city has been with Public/Private sector cooperation as the city has grown. It was an amazing experience and I am very thankful I was able to attend! - Owen
