Reflecting on her success, Kate credits much of it to her college experience. “The education and support I received were instrumental in shaping my career. The [real estate] program not only equipped me with essential skills but also gave me the confidence to pursue my goals,” she says. Her words highlight the deep connection she feels toward Virginia Tech. When asked about her absolute favorite things in Blacksburg, she mentioned a walk around campus and downtown, grabbing a bite at DP Dough, and attending a night game at Lane Stadium.
