Holly Casey is an Assistant Professor of Practice at Virginia Tech, supporting both the Via Department of Civil Engineering and the Blackwood Department of Real Estate. Prior to joining Virginia Tech, Holly worked as a practicing Civil Engineer in Land Development. Her experience includes site design, stormwater management and modelling, and infrastructure master planning for commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
