We would like to extend a warm welcome to Jennifer Nolen Vice President of Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate in the Washington, D.C. office. Nolen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Ms. Nolen joined the Wells Fargo team in 2006 as an Account Executive in Home Mortgage and in 2009, transferred to the Wholesale Commercial Real Estate Group. Currently, she manages a team of ten financial analysts who are responsible for the origination and asset management of a $7.5 billion dollar portfolio located throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Nolen personally managed a $1 billion dollar commercial portfolio and was responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring construction and permanent debt capital for commercial real estate developers, investors, and Private Equity Fund Sponsors.

Utilizing Nolen’s finance background students will gain first-hand experience applying what they learn in class to real life scenarios. The Program in Real Estate is thrilled to have a VT alumni and real estate finance industry expert to be a resource to students pursuing similar career paths.
