Welcome to the Industry Advisory Board, Brad Simpkins! Simpkins is the Senior Director and Lead Portfolio Manager for the U.S. Cities Industrial Fund. For the past 10 years, he has served as the Regional Head of TH Real Estate’s southeastern U.S. asset management activities, where he is responsible for approximately 25 million square feet of industrial and office assets in states spanning from Florida to Washington, DC.

Brad has more than 20 years of industry experience in leasing and managing substantial square footage of prime office and industrial properties. Previously, he leased and managed 7 million square feet of office and industrial property in Southern California for Davis Partners. He was also a leasing representative with Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), leasing 2.5 million square feet of office properties in Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties in Southern California.

During his frequent visits to Blacksburg, Simpkins will provide real estate and property management students with the knowledge and expertise that has led him to a long and successful career. The Program in Real Estate is lucky to have him on our team.
