Copper Stepp

Hi! My name is Copper Stepp, and I’m a senior at Virginia Tech majoring in Residential Development and Investment with a minor in Organizational Leadership. This past summer, I interned with Green Valley Builders and currently serve as a teaching assistant for Applied Development, while also working in the Virginia Tech Real Estate Office on marketing projects. On campus, I’m a member of the Real Estate Student Advisory Board, where I serve as a peer mentor. Through my role on the advisory board, I hope to help guide students toward success in the real estate program.
