Thomas Parrish

President: Thomas Parrish

Hello! My name is Tommy Parrish, and I am a senior majoring in finance. Having served as President last year, I am eager to find new ways to help the club and program thrive this year. I have a strong interest in real estate. Last summer, I interned at Torchlight Investors, a real estate investment firm specializing in private debt. This past summer, I interned at Lionstone Investments, a real estate private equity firm. These internships allowed me to gain valuable experience in market analysis, asset management, and investment strategies. In addition to being involved in the Real Estate Club, I am a Silver Analyst at COINS, a midfielder on the club soccer team, and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. I am excited to connect with new students interested in real estate and provide an environment where they can network with real estate professionals and fellow students.

Megan Poh

Vice President: Megan Poh

Hello everyone! My name is Megan Poh and I am a senior double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. Over the past three years, I've had the privilege of serving on the executive board of the Real Estate Club in various roles—Treasurer, Junior Chairman, and now Vice President. My background includes an internship as a Financial Analyst at HHHunt. Beyond the Real Estate Club, I’m actively involved as the Philanthropy Chair for Omega Phi Alpha and a Pamplin Hokie Ambassador. I’m looking forward to our upcoming events and can’t wait to connect with all of you soon!

Allie Richards

Professional Development Chair/DEIB: Allie Richards

Hi everyone, my name is Allie Richards and I'm double majoring in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. My role on the Exec Board will be Professional Development chair this school year! I look forward to being the point of contact for club members this year, reaching out to our advisory board members, and attending club events, treks, etc. with our club members. Through real estate,  I've been able to experience ICSC (a retail real estate conference) in Las Vegas, be an intern at Howard Shockey & Sons as an estimating intern, and a Summer Associate for Clark Construction in their Project Development department. I also serve as a Real Estate Ambassador for the department and look forward to helping more students in our program through that outlet. I'm looking forward to a great year and meeting all of our club members!

Marketing Coordinator: Curtis Williams

Hey everyone! My name is Curtis Williams, I am a senior majoring in Commercial Real Estate and minoring in film. This year I will be serving as the Marketing Coordinator, and I’m super thrilled to contribute to the club and program! I’m a bit experienced in residential real estate, as I work as a licensed realtor in the Blacksburg area. In addition to my role in the Real Estate Club, I am also on the executive board of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), the Students of Hip Hop Legacy (SOHHL), a mentor for the Pamplin Undergraduate Mentor Program,  member of the Black Student Association, member of Circle K, and a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS). With this year’s involvement in the Real Estate Club, I wish to assist in the growth of the organization and encourage more students to get involved with exploring the real estate industry and networking with fellow students of similar interests as well as career professionals. Hope everyone had a great summer, and I can’t wait to meet everyone soon!
