Real Estate Students Place 3rd in National Competition

 

   

Nick Wright is a junior from Warrenton, Virginia pursuing a B.S. in Real Estate and a B.A. in Smart & Sustainable Cities. He is also the President of the Virginia Eta chapter of Phi Delta Theta and a member of the Real Estate Club. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, traveling, and watching college football. After graduation, Nick would like to pursue a career related to real estate development with a focus on sustainability.

Carter is from Midlothian, VA and just graduated from the real estate program after 3.5 years at Virginia Tech. He has spent his college summers working as a surf rescue lifeguard in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and will be staying close by after school, either in Richmond or the VA Beach area to begin his career within the real estate field. Carter is interested in real estate development and in time would like to start his own development operation focusing on building sustainable and green developments across VA and NC. Other than being passionate about real estate, Carter also enjoys soccer, surfing, snowboarding, fishing, biking, running, and many other things in the outdoors.
