Katie McCullough

Hi! My name is Katie McCullough and I’m a senior at Virginia Tech majoring in Commercial Development and Investment with minors in Finance and Property Management. This past summer, I was with JLL on their Seniors Housing Capital Markets and currently serve as Captain of the ASC Commercial Building Team through the Myers-Lawson School of Construction. Additionally, I am a member of the Real Estate Student Advisory Board and in my third year of serving as a peer mentor for the department. Through my role on the advisory board, I aim to provide professional, academic, and personal guidance while sharing helpful resources, services, and opportunities to assist in the students’ development and education within the Blackwood Department of Real Estate.
