Grace Kennedy

Hi! My name is Grace Kennedy, and I’m a junior at Virginia Tech majoring in Residential Real Estate with minors in Professional Selling and Residential Environments & Design. I’ve gained hands-on experience through internships in Property Management and plan to graduate a semester early in December 2026. I serve as a student-athlete tutor for Real Estate Data Analysis, a leasing ambassador for a local apartment community, and a member of my sorority’s executive board. I’m actively involved in many campus organizations that have helped me grow both professionally and personally such as Collegiate Women in Business (CWIB), Make-A-Wish Foundation at VT, Real Estate Club, and serve on the Deans Advisory Board of Students (DABS) on the Alumni Partnerships committee.
