Rachel serves as an Academic Advisor and Department Manager for the Blackwood Department of Real Estate. She obtained her Master’s degree in English from Radford University with a strong focus in professional communication and first-year student teaching. Rachel grew up learning about real estate, land development, and general contracting from her family’s business. She is passionate about supporting student success and connecting them with resources to aid in their academic and professional pursuits.
